Art Warren supports our Generation and Regulatory Services practices with over 40 years of electric utility expertise in strategic gas and electric resource planning, State and Federal regulatory strategy and compliance, and utility production cost and reliability modeling. He is Power Core Certified with Energy Exemplar’s PLEXOS® Modeling Software and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Denver.
Brian Walshe
Brian Walshe supports our Regulatory and Generation practices with over 30 years of experience across a wide range of areas within the energy and utility industries. He has primarily focused on regulatory policy, resource planning and asset acquisition, electric wholesale market evaluations, and renewable energy strategies. He has provided services to over 300 power plants of all technologies in 11 countries and provided expert witness testimony in several jurisdictions. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, and an M.B.A., with concentration in Finance from the University of Michigan.
Charles Walker
Charles Walker supports our Generation practice area with over 30 years of experience as a power plant operator, developer, and owner. He has extensive experience in distressed situations, commercial and financial restructuring and M&A integration, new business development, management, power plant decommissioning, and manufacturing process implementation. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A from Loyola University Maryland.
Darin Johnson
Darin Johnson serves both our Generation and Transmission & Distribution practice areas with 15 years of asset management experience in risk analysis, capital planning, and life-cycle cost analysis for electric T&D, water/wastewater, and hydroelectric generation facilities. Darin is a licensed Professional Engineer of the state of Washington and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
David Monasterio
David Monasterio supports our Generation practice with a focus on renewable energy and storage strategies. David’s development, financing, and construction of these technologies spans 6 continents and over 3.5 GWp and has notably contributed to several record-setting PPAs in North America and Asia. David is a native of Ponce, Puerto Rico and holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Operations Management and Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
Eric Markell
Eric Markell serves multiple practice areas with over 35 years of experience as a senior executive in the utility and independent energy industries. In his career, he has held executive positions for corporate finance, energy supply, regulatory relations and ratemaking, asset acquisition, and related litigation and arbitration processes. He has extensive testimony experience as a utility executive in regulatory proceedings. He has a B.A. in Economics from Union College and an M.P.A. from Syracuse University.
Holly Sheets
Holly Sheets supports multiple practice areas with her experience as a management consultant in a multinational firm and as a project manager for a growing independent energy company. In both her consulting and corporate management roles, she led several enterprise initiatives and post-merger integrations and has supported executive leadership with strategic planning and portfolio management. Holly has a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Texas A&M International and an M.S. in Marketing from Texas A&M University.

Jeff Cummings
Jeff Cummings supports multiple practice areas with over 30 years of management consulting experience. He has an extensive background in engineering, strategic, and operational planning for utilities in North America and Asia. He has recently focused on T&D network modernization, electric system cost and service level performance through comparative analyses (benchmarking), and the integration of best practices, project and portfolio management, reliability and risk mitigation, capital investment prioritization, and asset risk strategy. He earned an M.S. in Operations Research from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland.
Jeff Wolfrom
Jeff Wolfrom has worked for a large investor-owned public utility for over 35 years in electric and gas operations where his career spanned roles as an engineer, supervisor, and manager working in engineering, construction, operations, maintenance, and emergency restoration operations. He has extensive experience developing new work methods, procedures, and safe work practices. He now uses his industry experience and knowledge to assist utility clients to develop operational procedures and plant safety practices in electric power generating stations. Jeff has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College and an M.B.A. from Widener University.
Jennie Hatch
Jennie Hatch is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience providing strategic guidance to governments, electric utilities, and the private sector on transportation, infrastructure, climate change mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. She recently served as the Strategic Advisor to the Center for Sustainable Energy, developing a vision for the next five years for the rapidly growing $40 million energy incentive administration nonprofit. Jennie began her career developing international climate policy and reviewing energy infrastructure projects at the World Bank and World Resources Institute. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
Jim Seibert
Jim Seibert supports multiple practice areas with a 25-year career advising clients in the global energy and utilities industries. His experience with electric, gas, steam, and water utilities on 4 continents has spanned power production, T&D, customer service, and corporate support services. He is a frequent speaker and noted author whose industry views are published in Public Utilities Fortnightly, The Wall Street Journal, Pipeline and Gas Journal, and World Energy and has presented testimony in multiple U.S. and international regulatory proceedings. He has a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Joseph Wargel supports our Transmission & Distribution practice with more than 15 years of enterprise-level IT experience that has been focused on big data structures and advanced data visualization techniques that he originally gained in the banking and capital markets industries as both a management consultant and as a corporate manager. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Information Systems and Operations from Indiana University.

Lee Wood supports our Customer Service practice area with over 15 years of experience working with electric and gas utilities across North America. His career has focused on planning, designing, implementing, and evaluating clean energy programs, including energy efficiency, demand response, distributed generation, and electric vehicles. He has been a frequent speaker on industry issues, has provided expert testimony in numerous jurisdictions, and has published professional articles on energy efficiency and use topics. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Luis began his career in the manufacturing industry and has developed extensive experience in data analysis, process design, and project planning. Luis has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.

Manisha Shah supports our Corporate & Shared Services and Customer Service practice areas with more than 20 years of experience advising energy clients on strategy, planning, and operational improvement projects. Her engagements have covered strategic planning, business and operating model transformation, and operations and organization issue identification and mitigation. She has a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Wake Forest University and a Master of Public Policy from Duke University.
Mark Paulik
Mark Paulik serves our Transmission & Distribution practice area with over 20 years in the electric utility industry and over 18 years in various business and management roles. He has expertise in engineering and construction for utility distribution and transmission systems, capital project management, and technical/commercial procedure writing. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Champaign and an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.
Nick Davey
Nick Davey serves our Transmission & Distribution practice with 30 years of operations and general management experience in the electric and gas utility industry. He has held several leadership positions inside utilities including running major distribution dispatch centers and running T&D regions for large urban utilities. He holds a B.S. in Engineering from Widener University, and an M.S. in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
Richard Stuebi
Richard Stuebi supports multiple practice areas with over 30 years of experience across the energy and utility industries as a management consultant, executive, entrepreneur, and investor. He has specialized on strategy, marketing and finance related to emerging energy sector technologies and business models, with a recent focus on distributed energy, renewable energy, energy storage, and electric vehicles. In addition to his consulting work, he is also a Lecturer of Strategy and Innovation at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where he teaches courses on the energy industry. He holds B.S. in Economics from MIT, an M.S. in Economics from Stanford, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Marketing at Virginia Tech.

Roger Garratt supports our Regulatory and Generation practices as an experienced utility executive focusing on the development and acquisition of major energy infrastructure projects. He specializes in power generation and development, regulatory strategy, asset acquisition and PPA negotiation. He has provided expert testimony in several utility proceedings as a utility executive. Roger has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an M.B.A. in International Marketing from Union College.

Susana Soto comes from the manufacturing industry with more than 5 years of experience in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Quality, Operations, and Continuous Improvement. She holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, and an M.B.A in Management from the Universidad Ana G. Mendez in Puerto Rico. Additionally, she is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Puerto Rico.

Thomas Campone serves our Generation practice with over 45 years of experience in power industry projects, proposals, and project development. He has expertise in business acquisition and structuring, power supply agreements, risk assessment, and contract negotiations. Thomas has developed, financed, and constructed projects with various technologies and fuels. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College.
Tim Eibes
Tim Eibes supports our Generation and Customer Service practices with over 35 years in the global electric power sector where he gained executive experience in power plant engineering, plant construction, and power production capital maintenance projects on four continents. He has provided written and oral expert testimony at state regulatory and civil hearings as well as a U.S. congressional hearing. He earned a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Northern Iowa, respectively in Construction Management and Business.
