Tim Eibes supports our Generation and Customer Service practices with over 35 years in the global electric power sector where he gained executive experience in power plant engineering, plant construction, and power production capital maintenance projects on four continents. He has provided written and oral expert testimony at state regulatory and civil hearings as well as a U.S. congressional hearing. He earned a B.S. and M.S. from the University of Northern Iowa, respectively in Construction Management and Business.

Thomas Campone

Thomas Campone serves our Generation practice with over 45 years of experience in power industry projects, proposals, and project development. He has expertise in business acquisition and structuring, power supply agreements, risk assessment, and contract negotiations. Thomas has developed, financed, and constructed projects with various technologies and fuels. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Manhattan College.

Roger Garratt

Roger Garratt supports our Regulatory and Generation practices as an experienced utility executive focusing on the development and acquisition of major energy infrastructure projects. He specializes in power generation and development, regulatory strategy, asset acquisition and PPA negotiation. He has provided expert testimony in several utility proceedings as a utility executive. Roger has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and an M.B.A. in International Marketing from Union College.

Richard Stuebi 

Richard Stuebi supports multiple practice areas with over 30 years of experience across the energy and utility industries as a management consultant, executive, entrepreneur, and investor. He has specialized on strategy, marketing and finance related to emerging energy sector technologies and business models, with a recent focus on distributed energy, renewable energy, energy storage, and electric vehicles. In addition to his consulting work, he is also a Lecturer of Strategy and Innovation at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where he teaches courses on the energy industry. He holds B.S. in Economics from MIT, an M.S. in Economics from Stanford, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Marketing at Virginia Tech.

Luis Olazagasti

Luis Olazagasti supports our Generation practice focusing on renewable energy and storage projects. Luis began his career in the manufacturing industry and has developed extensive experience in data analysis, process design, and project planning. Luis has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico.

Jennie Hatch

Jennie Hatch is a seasoned consultant with over a decade of experience providing strategic guidance to governments, electric utilities, and the private sector on transportation, infrastructure, climate change mitigation, and stakeholder engagement. She recently served as the Strategic Advisor to the Center for Sustainable Energy, developing a vision for the next five years for the rapidly growing $40 million energy incentive administration nonprofit. Jennie began her career developing international climate policy and reviewing energy infrastructure projects at the World Bank and World Resources Institute. She holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School and a B.A. from Wellesley College.

Eric Markell

Eric Markell serves multiple practice areas with over 35 years of experience as a senior executive in the utility and independent energy industries. In his career, he has held executive positions for corporate finance, energy supply, regulatory relations and ratemaking, asset acquisition, and related litigation and arbitration processes. He has extensive testimony experience as a utility executive in regulatory proceedings. He has a B.A. in Economics from Union College and an M.P.A. from Syracuse University.

David Monasterio

David Monasterio supports our Generation practice with a focus on renewable energy and storage strategies. David’s development, financing, and construction of these technologies spans 6 continents and over 3.5 GWp and has notably contributed to several record-setting PPAs in North America and Asia. David is a native of Ponce, Puerto Rico and holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Operations Management and Finance from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. 

Darin Johnson

Darin Johnson serves both our Generation and Transmission & Distribution practice areas with 15 years of asset management experience in risk analysis, capital planning, and life-cycle cost analysis for electric T&D, water/wastewater, and hydroelectric generation facilities. Darin is a licensed Professional Engineer of the state of Washington and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.  

Charles Walker

Charles Walker supports our Generation practice area with over 30 years of experience as a power plant operator, developer, and owner. He has extensive experience in distressed situations, commercial and financial restructuring and M&A integration, new business development, management, power plant decommissioning, and manufacturing process implementation. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northern Illinois University and an M.B.A from Loyola University Maryland.

Brian Walshe

Brian Walshe supports our Regulatory and Generation practices with over 30 years of experience across a wide range of areas within the energy and utility industries. He has primarily focused on regulatory policy, resource planning and asset acquisition, electric wholesale market evaluations, and renewable energy strategies. He has provided services to over 300 power plants of all technologies in 11 countries and provided expert witness testimony in several jurisdictions. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, and an M.B.A., with concentration in Finance from the University of Michigan.

Art Warren

Art Warren supports our Generation and Regulatory Services practices with over 40 years of electric utility expertise in strategic gas and electric resource planning, State and Federal regulatory strategy and compliance, and utility production cost and reliability modeling. He is Power Core Certified with Energy Exemplar’s PLEXOS® Modeling Software and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Denver.
