Susana Soto
Susana Soto comes from the manufacturing industry with more than 5 years of experience in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Quality, Operations, and Continuous Improvement. She holds a B.S in Industrial Engineering of the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, and an M.B.A in Management from the Universidad Ana G. Mendez in Puerto Rico. Additionally, she is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Puerto Rico.
Richard Stuebi
Richard Stuebi supports multiple practice areas with over 30 years of experience across the energy and utility industries as a management consultant, executive, entrepreneur, and investor. He has specialized on strategy, marketing and finance related to emerging energy sector technologies and business models, with a recent focus on distributed energy, renewable energy, energy storage, and electric vehicles. In addition to his consulting work, he is also a Lecturer of Strategy and Innovation at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where he teaches courses on the energy industry. He holds B.S. in Economics from MIT, an M.S. in Economics from Stanford, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Marketing at Virginia Tech.
Manisha Shah
Manisha Shah supports our Corporate & Shared Services and Customer Service practice areas with more than 20 years of experience advising energy clients on strategy, planning, and operational improvement projects. Her engagements have covered strategic planning, business and operating model transformation, and operations and organization issue identification and mitigation. She has a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Wake Forest University and a Master of Public Policy from Duke University.
Jim Seibert
Jim Seibert supports multiple practice areas with a 25-year career advising clients in the global energy and utilities industries. His experience with electric, gas, steam, and water utilities on 4 continents has spanned power production, T&D, customer service, and corporate support services. He is a frequent speaker and noted author whose industry views are published in Public Utilities Fortnightly, The Wall Street Journal, Pipeline and Gas Journal, and World Energy and has presented testimony in multiple U.S. and international regulatory proceedings. He has a B.S. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Jeff Cummings
Jeff Cummings supports multiple practice areas with over 30 years of management consulting experience. He has an extensive background in engineering, strategic, and operational planning for utilities in North America and Asia. He has recently focused on T&D network modernization, electric system cost and service level performance through comparative analyses (benchmarking), and the integration of best practices, project and portfolio management, reliability and risk mitigation, capital investment prioritization, and asset risk strategy. He earned an M.S. in Operations Research from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School and a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, Maryland.
Eric Markell
Eric Markell serves multiple practice areas with over 35 years of experience as a senior executive in the utility and independent energy industries. In his career, he has held executive positions for corporate finance, energy supply, regulatory relations and ratemaking, asset acquisition, and related litigation and arbitration processes. He has extensive testimony experience as a utility executive in regulatory proceedings. He has a B.A. in Economics from Union College and an M.P.A. from Syracuse University.
